Booking Terms:

Cancellation & Changes to Referrals:

1. Cancelling an Appropriate Adult or making changes to a referral (including the venue, date or time) may be done 3 hours prior to the time required at no additional cost.
2. Any cancellation or change to a referral within the 3 hours prior to the time required may be subject to travel and mileage charges. Should an Appropriate Adult be cancelled having arrived at the venue, or be required for less than an hour, the 1-hour minimum charge will still apply.
3. Bookings will be charged at a rate of:
   £45.00 per hour (Between 0800 & 00:00 – 365 days per year)*
   £55.00 per hour (Between 0000 & 08:00 – 365 days per year)*
   £20.00 per hour (Travel rate when travelling over 1 hour)*
   £00.55p per mile
4. Invoice will be raised within 7 days of job completion with payment terms of 30 days in full.
   (Unless part of your existing contract.)
