Smarter Consulting is an independent, Cornwall-based consultancy working across business, technology, criminal justice, restorative practice and public service.
We support businesses, public bodies, charities and other organisations that need experienced advice, specialist knowledge or an independent perspective on the challenges they face.
Founded by Andrew Robbins JP, Smarter Consulting brings together more than two decades of practical experience in developing businesses, delivering technology, navigating complex systems and working with people.

Our founder’s experience encompasses entrepreneurship, technology, policing, the judiciary, defence representation, restorative justice and voluntary leadership.
That combination provides an understanding of how organisations operate, how decisions are made and how systems affect the people who rely on them.
We know that a recommendation is only useful if it can be put into practice.
Working With Us
