My name is Paul Gregory. I started my career as a Commercial Solicitor, moved into Management and turned a local business into a multi million pound European business as the M.D.
Based on my experience of giving and receiving professional advice I identified a need for an Employment, Legal and Business advisory service. Not the standard and sometimes sterile service from Solicitors, Accountants and Management Consultants - always technically correct in its' own field but hardly ever based on the person advising having run a business. Something that was more responsive, personalised, enthusiastic and better value for money.
And a service that would satisfy two fundamental business requirements:
1. Good legal advice has to be quick, relevant, affordable, understandable and convenient.

Relevant? Deal with the areas of greatest risk
Affordable? Fixed price quotations
Understandable? Speak and write in plain and simple English
Convenient? Adviser goes to the client when and where they're needed
2. Good commercial advice needs to be experience based, focused and flexible
Experience? Managing Director - £60M turnover, 21 sites, 1500 staff
Focused? Get to know the business, get the basics right first and develop from there
Flexible? Project based or retainer, Client chooses
